Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £65k - £69k per annum + 10% Annual Bonus

London - Hybrid working (Minimum of 3 days on-site)
Salary - Up to £69,000 DOE + 10% Bonus
We are currently working with a major brand within the flexible working space industry who are looking for a Business Analyst to join on a permanent basis. In this role you would working on the optimisation of their pre-existing CRM system.
Day to day responsibility:
- Working with different areas of the business to gather requirement with the goal to improve and optimise areas such as the Internal system based of the needs identified.
- Responsible for the standard of the documentation of the business requirement to ensure they can be translated into task for the implementation and/or development stages.
- Additionally supporting on ad-hoc project that are looking at the infrastructure of the business (predominately areas such as communication lines, WiFi capability
Essential experience:
- Completed and worked on a CRM based project. Ideally focusing on Salesforce however Oracle Netsuite and Microsoft Dynamic is also beneficial.
- Previous experience on working on a project that spanned across multiple different sites
- Experience working on a full end to end life cycle of a software optimisation and/or integration project is ideal
