Programme Manager (Digital) (Contract/Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £60k - £65k per annum

iO Associates have an upcoming opportunity for a Programme Manager to join a well established Housing Association based in London.

Overview of the role
This is an exciting role, leading projects and programme activity to support delivery of the clients Future Shape Strategy, including a multi-year £45m Transformation Programme, which will fundamentally improve the way we work and transform the services we provide to our 250,000 residents. This is a big opportunity to make big change happen, and to improve what we do and how we do it for our residents.
Along with Strategy, Planning and Change, the successful role holder will work in close collaboration with colleagues across the business, including Technology, Finance and operational teams.
This is a broad role requiring the ability to flexibly deliver programme management services across a range of projects and programmes end to end, including business analysis, business case development, delivery of change activity, as well as coordination and execution of delivery plans and dependencies to ensure objectives and benefits come to fruition. You will need to translate individual workstream plans into overarching programme plans, manage risks and issues and coach teams in resolving and escalating issues. The ability to work in a complex, dynamic setting and remain agile, adaptable and responsive are critical experiences and skills we seek in the role holder.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, paying up to £65,000 (DOE). There will be some onsite working (2-3 times a month)
